Full mouth Dental  Implant Procedure.

Immediate procedure:

Visit : 1

Initial consultation to discuss the possibilities with patient, clinical examination of dental implant sites. After clinical evaluation , on same Visit we get  cat scan done from radiologist it takes total 1 hour , after 1 hr we get dicom files of CAT scan ,then we convert the Dicom files into 3 D bone models on our 3D implant planning software.

We plan the implants and teeth on 3D software and show all planning to patient and discuss the final plan, time needed & cost of full Dental implant procedure.
If patient agree with the plan, we place the implants same day or we can schedule next Appoinemt according to patients need.

Visit :2
we make the final measuring of mouth (Dental impression) to fabricate permanent teeth. Bite registration is done on same day, if needed one extra appointment is needed for bite registration. 

Visit : 3
Finally we fix the permanent  teeth
All the above said procedure will be completed in 10 to 15 days depending upon individual

After the permanent  teeth are fixed you can bite on to the food right away.

Total time needed is 2 week. Even we can do in 10 days ( procedure for immediate loading implants )
(May be 3 week in some patients)

Time depends upon case to case, and number of implants to be placed.

In partial case like 2 to 4 implants the procedure can be completed in 2 days also.

Immediate loading implants are possible if the density of bone is above 600 HU at all the points.

Dental Implants are classified as:
Immediate loading:
immediate loading takes 14 days to complete full procedure from implant placement and permanent teeth. you have to make only one Tripp to india.

Delayed loading:

In delayed loading option we place the implants it takes 1 appointment to place lower  Mandible implants and second appointment to place Maxilla upper jaw implants so almost 1 week is required in first visit to india.

Permanent Teeth will be provided after 3 months, may be 6 or 12 months depending on your next visit to India.
In second visit we will provide you permanent teeth. it will require 14 days in second visit.

(for 3 month time we will provide you denture teeth * Cost of Denture Extra)

Full mouth implants can be done in following ways:
1. All on 4 four implants per jaw with fixed dental implant bridge ( saves £, $  as the number of implants are minimal with fixed teeth )

2. All on 6 , six implants per jaw with fixed dental implant bridge most commonly used procedure most suitable and recommended

3. May be more than 6 implants for more stability ( if you can afford to spend on extra implant than you may opt to have 8 or 10 implant per jaw)


4.  2 implants and snap on denture least expensive .

If you decide delayed loading implants you can come for second visit to get teeth may be in 3 months or on your convenience up to 1 year.
For that periods we will provide you denture, cost of denture is extra.
